Facilitation sessions are more than just the workshop itself. Our facilitation session package includes:

• 2 × 1 hour meetings with the Organisation to determine the workshop purpose, outcomes and agenda

• Collaborative agenda design

• Preparation and research

• Full day workshop

• Workshop outputs

• 1 hour debrief session

Director and Principal Solicitor Karen Iles is an experienced facilitator and public speaker. She has experience in the following:

• Board meetings, development and skills workshops

• Meetings between staff and leadership teams

• Meetings between two organisations or groups

• Project evaluation and review sessions

Karen brings her skills as a Nationally Accredited Mediator to her facilitation of meetings and discussions.
